HOW DID IT START?
In Monaco, where 2 former colleagues discovered some common observations made during both of their consulting careers over the last decade.
It was here they identified the opportunity to better support Monegasque companies and decided to join forces to build FIVE Consulting.
WHAT WE NOTICED?
A significant amount of small to medium-sized companies suffer from a lack of readability and visibility in relation to their financial health. After research, we discovered that this issue was mainly due to either lack of maturity or company size making them unable to justify an internal financial department.
At banking level: regulations evolve constantly. Banks are required to stay continuously informed and comply in a timely manner. This can be highly time-consuming. Addressing this challenge with the expertise offered by FIVE Consulting will save valuable time and money.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Lilia Boughazi
With over a decade of experience within the banking sector, Lilia has worked as a financial auditor, financial analyst and technical and functional integrator within IT departments .
After both living and working in Paris for a number of years, Lilia moved to Monaco to set up her own company. Following 4 successful years working within in the Principality, she decided it was time to expand and join forces with JC to offer a broader range of services with specialised consultants.
Jean-Christophe Mikail
Born in Monaco and enfant du pays, JC possesses a deep understanding of the corporate Monegasque fabric and knows Monaco like the back of his hand.
Jean-Christophe has over 15 years experience working as a project manager and certified PMI in London, China and Monaco.
After gravitating back to his roots in Monaco, he felt like it was the perfect time to amalgamate skills sets with Lilia and grow a consultancy firm, offering key services that they believe will add substantial value to a variety of industries.
